- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
4. Payment Methods

- Mobile Wallets (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash)

In case of credit/debit card payments, eladeen may request photo identification and masked card details to comply with local banking regulations.

- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure (specific penalties may apply).
- Refunds for cancellations due to operational issues by the provider will be processed within 5-10 working days.
- No refunds for missed departures unless explicitly stated by the service provider.

- Refer to the specific cancellation and refund policy of the hotel or accommodation provider. Details are provided in the booking confirmation email.
c. Other Services:
- For services such as events or experiences, refunds and cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective service providers.
6. Limitations of Liability
eladeen acts solely as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by service providers.
- Losses or damages arising from the use of third-party services booked through our Platform.
- Non-compliance with vaccination, travel, or other regulatory requirements by users.
7. Promotions, Offers, and Contests
- All promotions, rewards, and contests are governed by the rules specified on the Platform.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- eladeen reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions without prior notice.
